Lunch & Dinner

Last Monday was a very FULL day for me. I planned to meet my friend Diane for dinner, we have been trying to get together for a year now and we finally found a day that worked. That morning I talked to my friend Karen and she asked me to meet her and her sister for lunch. Talk about a lot of food in one day.... I'm still full.

It was really nice to catch up with everyone. Thanks for lunch Karen.

Dog Park

Lucky loves anyone fishing at the dog park. These little boys were really cute and loved lucky. Rufus found a little frog to play with.

Lake Michigan Dog Beach

Watched the sunrise over Lake Michigan this morning. The dogs had a blast once they got over the shock of waking up at FOUR o'clock.

Birthdays

Yesterday we celebrated my brother Tom and nephew Dans birthday. Good time spent with my family, ate WAY too much.

Mikes Car

This is my friend Mikes small, FAST, Lotus. Fun car, the steering wheel is on the right side of the car so when he drives around with his dog Duke it looks like Duke is doing the driving.

Necklace

This is the necklace my mom mad for me last week. I LOVE it. All of my "babies" are on it. The locket is especially meaningful to me, it holds the two little faces of Reilly and Taylor. Thanks Mom.

Taylor

My beautiful little boy Taylor took his last breath today. Yesterday I could tell he was starting to suffer. I spent the day loving him. I took him outside to enjoy the sunshine and he crawled over next to the spot where Reilly is buried and fell asleep. Today my brother Tom and Mike came to say goodbye to Taylor and help me make it through the day. Mike called Taylor, Mighty White the king of all kings. Now Taylor is with his brother again, happy and healthy, playing outside in a big sun filled field. I know that I will see them again someday, but until then I will think of them everyday.

The Purple house

I've been enjoying taking the dogs swimming at the dog park in Batavia, lots of new friends and dogs that love to play in the water. Lucky CAUGHT his first fish and has a little friend named Trumen that likes to help him look for them. The Purple House has great ice cream, Lucky, Rufus and I went there last night with our friend Mike and his dog Duke.

Boats and Beaches

camping trip to Sturgeon Bay Wisconsin. Great time was had by all, even the dogs, lots of swimming and fishing.

Reilly

My beautiful Reilly is now in heaven. I'm sure that my dad there was there to greet him, along with some other cherished family pets. It was the hardest thing that I had ever done, but my brother Tom told me that Reiily was counting on me to do the right thing and let him go. I couldn't have done it without him and my sister-n law Kim. My friend karen also said Reilly and her cat Spooky are happy and playing on a farm in a sun filled meadow. Reilly lived to be over 18 years old and I miss him terribly. His brother Taylor is still with me and has taken over the role as Pack leader in our house.
