Craft day

Craft Day today at my friend Karen's house. We had a special visitor today, my mom. It was a really nice day. Karen made  yummy Chicken noodle soup and Crissy made Tortilla soup. Karen has shifted her Craft room from Scrap booking to Quilt making. The fabrics she has collected in a short amount of time is really amazing.

Not a Bite, Lucky sleeping on Reilly. Now if we could get our other cat Taylor to join us. He does spend the whole winter sleeping on the heat vent, So maybe in the spring.

I haven't been anyplace to blog about, I've been working a lot. 

So here's some of the drawing i made for George. I also added me Watercolor painting to the top of my blog. 

Tom

My brother Tom is on the DIVE Search and Rescue team of Kane County. Last night while George and I were at his house he received a call that a guy on a Snow Mobile fell through the ice on the Fox River. Tom recovered his body this afternoon.

Finally a day OFF, They say it's going to be 20 degrees today (a heat wave for Chicago) so hopefully I can get the Dogs out for a walk.

Reilly

George and Reilly have become very close since George has been home recovering from Surgery.
